TranExec Coach Accreditation vision and goals

We ensure that our accredited coaches are fully equipped to coach within the organisational context, working with Leaders and Executives towards organisational outcomes and personal goals. Our approach to coaching accreditation is one which is holistic and ensures the participants acquire practical knowledge in Coaching Meta Skills; Self Awareness and Presence; Coaching within the context of the organisation. Our goal is to see Organisational Coaching as an integral skill of progressive leadership globally.

Our TranExec coaching philosophy is one which empowers people to aspire for greatness with courage and confidence through exploring and exploiting their signature strengths, passions and values. We challenge patterns of thought and behaviour to reduce barriers whilst holding and nurturing the space to ensure that people are ready to explore at their own pace.

Our approach stems from the belief in people’s ability to find their ‘inner compass’ and shift their thinking towards self-empowerment by focusing on their aspirations, setting actionable goals leading to commitment and results and navigating the organisational landscape.

Program overview

The TranExec Organisational Coach Accreditation program is a 60-hour program which closely aligns with the International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies and code of Ethics. The program also draws on TransExec facilitators’ vast experience and deep research into Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

The program is suitable for Mid to Senior Leaders, HR Professionals and other corporate professionals with long-term organisational experience.

The program is in English.

Program outline

The TranExec Organisational Coach Accreditation program consists of 60-hours of blended learning practices including a combination of experiential, in-class synchronous learning, online live web conferences and independent study.

The program is delivered in 2 separate blocks:

  • Block one – Foundations of Coaching
  • Block two – Organisational Coaching

Each block consists of a 3-day in-class workshop, pre/post work, coaching practice and a 90-minute web conference.

Participants must attend and complete all workshops, web conferences, coaching practice and independent study in order to be accreditated as an Organisational Coach by TranExec.

Program outcomes

At the end of the program participants will:

  • Understand what coaching is and how it fits in within leadership in the organisational landscape
  • Have a profound understanding of coaching meta skills, International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies, models and techniques and the ability to practically apply them
  • Deepen their appreciation of the benefits of coaching
  • Uncover their unique coaching style and understand how to strengthen and develop their presence as a coach
  • Be able to co-create the coaching relationship through trust, support and challenge
  • Have knowledge of setting up the coaching relationship within the organisation according to ICF guidelines
  • Be positioned to coach leaders across multiple corporate sectors, levels and industries
  • Understand and apply a variety of coaching approaches to suit the coachee and the organisation including narrative, values anchor, neuroscience and coaching towards authentic leadership
  • Have an acute awareness of the role of ethics and code of conduct in coaching

Meet the Lead Instructors

Karen Barker

As Founder and C.E.O. TranExec, Karen’s approach to developing leaders is to foster in them the self-awareness and belief that they can better lead their people to achieve great results. This includes coaching leaders to fully understand the impact they have on their people and the direct correlation to their engagement, productivity, innovation and retention.

Karen’s passion is to help executives globally and at all levels bring the best version of themselves to work to positively influence the team they lead. Karen draws on her extensive senior executive business experience; c-suite, middle management and frontline coaching experience; and academic knowledge to inspire current, emerging and future leaders to bring out their full potential.

Sarit Vandegraaff

A seasoned executive coach, coach mentor and coach supervisor working with leaders through powerful, challenging questions, feedback and exploration. Sarit empowers leaders to reduce external and / or internal barriers and leverage their strengths to optimise potential. As a facilitator of our leadership programs, Sarit encourages self-reflection and self-awareness amongst leaders through dynamic questioning and idea generation. This creates a challenging yet supportive environment for optimum learning.

  • Over 10 years of senior organisational coaching experience in Australia, and Globally
  • Over 15 years of leadership experience – retail and finance industries

  • Professional Certified Coach (PCC): International Coach Federation (ICF), United States

Payment and refund policies
A non-refundable 20% deposit must be payable to TranExec within 14 days from the date of invoice in order to ensure program placement, with the full balance to be paid by 28 days prior to the commencement date of the program workshop. Cancelations received up to 21 days prior to program workshop date will be refunded in full minus the deposit. Cancellations received between 20 and seven days prior to program workshop commencement will receive 50% refund minus the deposit. Cancelations received 6 days or less will not receive a refund. TranExec reserves the right to provide full refund for exceptional or compassionate circumstances at our own discretion and may require additional supporting documentation to do so.
