Our approach to coaching accreditation is one which is holistic and ensures the participants acquire practical knowledge in Coaching Meta Skills; Self Awareness and Presence; Coaching within the context of the organisation. Our goal is to see Organisational Coaching as an integral skill of progressive leadership globally.

TranExec coaching philosophy and approach

Our TranExec coaching philosophy is one which empowers people to aspire for greatness with courage and confidence through exploring and exploiting their signature strengths, passions and values. We challenge patterns of thought and behaviour to reduce barriers whilst holding and nurturing the space to ensure that people are ready to explore at their own pace.

Our approach stems from the belief in people’s ability to find their ‘inner compass’ and shift their thinking towards self-empowerment by focusing on their aspirations, setting actionable goals leading to commitment and results and navigating the organisational landscape.

“The Organisational Coaching Accreditation Program offered by TranExec is a first class learning experience. Everything from the content, facilities and learning modules used were engaging, thought provoking and professional.”
